Hinged facade systems (HFS) – comparatively new developing sphere of the Russian construction industry. The tightened energy saving requirements and absence of “wet” processes made our technology unique in the Russian Federation. These days energy saving issues are very demanding in the building sphere. Taking into account the Federal law № 261 03 of 23.11.2009, “DIAT” GoC developed and carried out more than 560 standard or custom projects of hinged ventilated facades. For 17 years of fruitful work we set more than 6.000.000 м2 of facades in Russia and foreign countries.

Thanks to scientific research in the field of facade installation, “DIAT” GoC takes part in unique construction works (7 buildings decorated with our facades are higher than 100 m). From 2006 to 2010 our company was active participant in the process of Moscow reconstruction - the facades of more than 200 buildings (more than 500 000 м2) were restored.
Our numerous investigations (we have 32 patents and more than 30 scientific articles) and interconnection with building companies made it possible to present a unique HFS that meets all energy saving and endurance requirements, and absolutely adapted to Russian construction conditions.

There are some specifications of DIAT system:

1. Long maintenance-free period (not less than 50 years) because of corrosion-resistant and galvanized elements (optional); the brackets are made from stainless steel;
2. Simple installation and price calculation even on the designing stage (with 3-5% accuracy!) is possible due to wide range of guiding fixing points (up to 450 mm, sometimes up to 1000 мм (required additional calculations) )
3. Maximum heater thickness is up to 400 mm with strong fixation made by special wall brackets that reduces the price and make the HFS possible in any climatic zones.
4. Installation of facing (ceramic granite, for example) with 5 mm gap that improves the facade appearance.
5. Possibility to set heat insulation material before final installation.
6. Heat transfer performance uniformity factor (0.92) is higher than three-layered ferroconcrete panels with metallic flexible bonding;
7. High bearing capacity (no height restriction)
8. You can use any facing material (brick, ceramic granite, natural stone, laminated plastic HPL, composite, aluminium or steel panels etc.), any combination of materials or new types of facing;
9. The system is produced in Russia, so we can set it step by step, development and delivery of non-standard elements are very quick (in collaboration with architects);
10. Wide design base suitable for Russian building regulations

11. SRO and the Federal Security Service of the Russian Federation permissions allowing carrying out any types of works – projection, installation etc. on any objects;
12. We can teach your personnel or inspect realization of works by your staff.

 Use permission for areas with seismic activity
